Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance
- Full payment is required ahead of any sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- All prices are listed in GBP and may be updated at any time without prior notice
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
- If a session needs to be rescheduled on my side, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative
Refunds
- Refunds are not offered once a session has been completed
- Refund requests for prepaid sessions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

- You participate voluntarily in all sessions
