Intuitive Reiki

A space to pause, reset and reconnect

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, drained or disconnected from ourselves. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, a life transition, or simply feeling out of balance, Reiki offers a gentle space to come back to yourself.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports your emotional, mental, physical and energetic wellbeing. By encouraging deep relaxation and helping regulate the nervous system, Reiki creates space for your body and mind to restore balance.

As an intuitive practitioner, I may also receive insights during the session and share any messages afterwards if they feel supportive and relevant. I may also be guided to incorporate crystals or oracle cards, although the focus always remains on your healing experience.

Many clients leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded and deeply relaxed. Reiki can also support emotional release, greater clarity and a renewed sense of inner balance.

FAQ

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. The word Reiki is often translated as “universal life energy” and the practice is based on supporting balance within the body, mind and energy system.

Originally, Reiki was not only used as a healing practice, but also as a path for self-development, mindfulness and personal growth.

Today, Reiki is practised around the world as a complementary holistic therapy to support relaxation, emotional balance and overall wellbeing.

I practice Reiki remotely, allowing you to receive a session from the comfort of your own space. During a distance Reiki session, we connect online before the treatment begins to discuss what you would like support with. You can then relax while the Reiki session takes place, just as you would during an in-person session.

After the session, we will discuss anything that came through, including any intuitive insights or guidance received during the treatment.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some people feel warmth, tingling sensations, gentle waves of energy, emotions coming to the surface, or a deep sense of relaxation. Others may simply feel calm and peaceful during the session.

There is no “right” way to experience Reiki. Whether you notice physical sensations or not, the session is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and create space for balance and restoration.

Reiki is the foundation of the session. However, I may occasionally receive intuitive insights, messages, or guidance that I feel could be helpful to share. These are offered with care and are not guaranteed in every session.

No. You do not need to have any specific beliefs or previous experience with energy healing to have a Reiki session. Many people come with curiosity, an open mind, or simply a desire to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

Reiki is a personal experience, and everyone responds differently. The most important thing is allowing yourself the time and space to relax and be present during the session.

This depends on your needs and what you are currently moving through. Some people benefit from occasional sessions, while others prefer ongoing support during more intense periods.

Yes. Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive practice that can be received alongside other forms of support and wellbeing practices.
